Most moves given to oneself?

Shinkman's 32 (P1182074) is known for maximizing the most moves one gives the other side.
However, is there a known for one side gaining moves for themselves?

A quick throw together for fun.
(= 7+2 )

Here, dxe8=Q gives white 43 new moves.

However, if one wanted subtracting the move amount from before from the move amount after, 215 is doable.

(= 16+3 )

Then there are the possibilities are no promotion, no check, and assuming black help/defense if not treating as series-like. Food for thought.

Done, as far as I know - there is an exhaustive list
of such elementary stipulation records by feenschach...
if I only knew the link. Scan the "onemover records" on PDB?!
