Little details

This is a time of last-minute publications in MPF, and I will add my little piece.
The position below was published with wKc8-c7 & wBb7-a8. Why?

Marjan Kovačević
1.Pr. U.Degener 64 & M.Degenkolbe 60
2023-24 (original version)
(= 8+8 )
#2

setplay: 1...Qxc5+ 2.Rxc5# 1...Qxd5 2.Qxd5# 1...Qd3 2.Qxd3# 1...Qe2 2.Qxe2# 1...e5 2.Rd4#
1.Sc6? threat: 2.Re5# 1...Qxc5 2.Qd3# 1...Qxd5 2.Qe2# 1...Qd4 2.Rxd4# 1...c2 2.Qf3# but: 1...Qe2!
1.Sd3! threat: 2.Qe2# 1...Qxc5+ 2.Sxc5# 1...Qxd5 2.Rb4# 1...Qd4 2.Re5# 1...Qxd3 2.Qxd3# 1...f3 2.Qe1# 1...Sg3 2.Sf2#
Dombro-Zagoruiko 3+3+2 with additional transferred mates.

Once I accepted to close this wB in the try, the passive role of preventing check never came to my mind.
Instead, I liked to accent the diagonal a8-h1 with two corner-pieces and with wR & bK in the center.
Then, Vasil Dyachuk asked me about the version above, and I understood how differently we see some little details,
when we turn from mechanism to illusionism. Thanks, Vasya!
