Kauko Virtanen Memorial Tourney


The Finnish Chess Composition Society announces Kauko Virtanen Memorial Tourney for orthodox mates in at least three moves (#3 or #n) showing remote selfblock(s).
Entries via email to Tournament Director Neal Turner: nealturnerfinland[at]hotmail.com.
The closing date is 29th of February 2024.
There is a maximum of three problems per author (joint compositions included).
The judge of the competition is Kari Valtonen.
