I would not want to offend anyone, but the irresponsibility and biased refereeing of some colleagues force me to write such a statement. You are destroying an already poorly developed composition. Is your conscience bothering you? Turns out you don't have it. Pay attention to the difference in the estimates for my tasks. These words refer to French, Ukrainian and bespectacled from Chelyabinsk.

Option number 3: you overestimate your own compositions.

You have met a full cycle with promotions?

I create brilliant compositions almost daily, but no one else agrees.
And just because it hasn't been shown before doesn't mean it's worth anything. I have a ser-h==31.5 with Haaner chess, the theoretical maximum length for this fairy type, which was never shown before, but I certainly don't think it should be in any award.

I'm sorry, I'm not familiar with your work. My work is on display. And every original work should have a place in the album. And not thrown into the trash because of the vile ambition of some "colleagues"

Kenan, are you joking when you say: "every original work should have a place in the album"?

Let me remind everybody, that WFCC says about FIDE Albums the following: "collections of the best and most representative chess problems and studies in periods of three years". (https://www.wfcc.ch/fide-albums/)

Maybe I didn't express my opinion correctly. I did not mean all the tasks that were compiled, but those tasks that have thematic originality. Earlier, a colleague hinted at my task number 3. I asked the question "has he seen tasks with a full cycle in which two transformations with blocking of the same field are released"? These tasks are awarded in major international tournaments. If not them, what tasks should decorate the album? Do you know how many tasks with weak content are selected for the album?

Juraj, you are probably familiar with the results of the last World Cup. The first prize winning problem has several similar ideas. If I were judging this tournament, the first place would be given to the one who received the 4th prize. That would be fair.

Kenan, you are aware of the fact that three judges have four opinions
and that - maybe your works are great, maybe not, I'm NOT an expert
on that genre - there is no objective measure of art?

Instead of crying foul play, why don't you entice the judge to post
here why he preferred the other compositions (option 4, yours were
good, theirs were better)? That discussion would be much more rewarding.

Example: I never knew why my "best problem" got nothing (I didn't
have the report at the time). Some MPFler (think Frank) dug it up.
Aha! A "provoked dual". Which I never see as one, buuuut:
I easily could have avoided it!
So instead of having a grudge, I improved myself.

Hauke, No matter how hard you try, if the judge is inadequate, then it is useless to wait for a fair assessment.

Hauke, there is a clause in the regulations of the Federation that if there is a big discrepancy in the judges' assessments, then the judge must explain his decision. In the assessments of my work, the discrepancies are 100% 1.5-3

Kenan, I think this is the third time in a row that you are complaining about judges being bias against your compositions. Last time you even complained about your problems not being considered by both WCCI judges and by FIDE album judges. That are 8 (!!!) qualified (!!!) judges who voted against your problem being included. Slowly, it should come to your mind that your perception of your own creations is wrong, not everybody else's!

I had a look at your h# no. 3. It shows a 3x3 cycle of three white moves. This in its own is outdated. It was in fashion about 30 years ago. The settings achieved in those days were more economic -- significantly less than 20 pieces. Adding promotions in 2 out of 3 solutions is not really an achievement. If there were underpromotions in all three solutions this would be a different story. Furthermore, in the first solution Rh5 instead of Qh5 is not dual avoidance.

About ten years ago, I submitted a problem on the topic "one hundred dollars" to the competition. Judge Nefedov excluded the problem from the competition due to an incomplete initial position. Calling about the inadmissibility of incomplete sets. But in a recent competition, he himself entered the task of an incomplete position and was awarded. I say this, if the judge is not adequate, then there is nothing good to expect.

This is a good task for that time. In my task, there is an analogous game between the black king and blocking pieces. The blocking piece makes two moves and the king moves one. Moreover, the promotions figures are blocked by the same square.

@Kenan

Since you are claiming that your task is better problem it would be fair to present it here. I did not see your problem so I cannot compare them. But I also do not like that you offended the judges. As it's already mentioned here different judges do have a different taste for chess probelms. I bet that there is no a single composer who was always happy with all awards. However I do not see other composers complaining about awards. What makes you qualified to judge who is a good and who is a bad judge? And how do you measure that? I know some excellent judges who do make an excellent awards but still some times I do not agree with some of their decisions. However I never complained to anyone because I am fully aware that everyone has a different preferences. Some judges are forcing problems with model mates, some are favoring more pattern play etc. Does this means that they are bad judges? Not at all. It's just that it's hard to measure something that does not contain exact measurements.

Miodrag, I am also sometimes invited to referee tournaments. I judge by conscience, by fact and not by surnames and personal relationships. Between marks 1.5 and 3 points 100% percentage difference. I'm trying to understand this, on what principles he puts such offensive ratings. Do you agree that such a huge growth should not be?

In the last album from one tournament, the 1st and 3rd prizes were chosen for the album, and the 2nd prize (my task) was rejected. This is absurd. I can show many such examples. The composition was made a monopoly for a group of people with famous names.
