Request for evaluation of chess problems

I am posting this on behalf of Azlan Iqbal, who is not able to make posts. He said: "I tried to register at the website and got a confirmation link. However, the link doesn't work. I tried to contact the site administrator as indicated in the same e-mail, but the mail got returned. I can still log into the site, but I can't post anything in the forums (it says I can only view it)."

I am a researcher from Malaysia and was wondering if anyone with credentialed expertise in chess composition/solving (perhaps specifically three-movers) would be willing to evaluate about 100 original chess compositions in terms of beauty or aesthetics. I could send these compositions as a PGN file and all the expert would have to do is rank them and perhaps give some commentary on the ones worth commenting on. I am prepared to remunerate the expert (e.g. via Paypal or some other method). Please get back to me as soon as possible if you are interested. Thank you.

you can find easily more or internet about Azlan Iqbal.

The way he explains his aim seems somewhat naive.

If he has some money to spend, a good advice for him would be to buy WinChloe and study the themes recognition algorithms in it, though they are not perfect, they seem to go in the direction of Mr Igbal's interest and curiosity.

His idea is to compare an expert opinion with a computer program he is developing. Interesting.
But what is more interesting that even a computer expert is unable to post in "Matplus" !! :)

I wonder if he is familiar with Vaux Wilson's MOE (Method of Evaluation)? This was an attempt, before computers were common, to define the aesthetics of a chess problem, and Wilson even held tourneys to showcase his MOE.

I tried to look up his publications on the topic, but they are all behind paywalls so I don't have access to them. At first blush, his methods seem naive, as Jacques notes, although he was worked with Harold van der Heijden.
