W.B. Trumper

The British helpmate composer William Bernard Trumper was born in Wales in 1912. Does anyone know his year of death?

My desktop copy of PDB lists his birth-date, but no date of death. That's from a CD uploaded many years ago, however. He had virtually no problems published after the 1970s. This is his most recent entry on PDB online (which also matches my desktop copy) -- published in 1988:

I searched a few places, but found no such info.
Win Chloe shows: 2 problems in 1979, 2 more in 1980, and one final entry in 1988 (the h#2 from Problem Observer, mentioned by Dan).
[note: for some odd reason, an apostrophe has to be re-added to the end of Dan's link.]

I found following announcement from the net. Could this his death announcement?

TRUMPER Bernard William (Bernard) Of Radbrook, Shrewsbury, passed away peacefully in The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, on June 17, 2010, aged 93 years.

June 17, 2010 as stated.

I'm although not sure if that is him.

Kenneth's suggestion is incorrect. W.B.Trumper was known as Bill, also the dates don't match.

Trumper was helpmate editor of The Problemist from 1968 to 1977. He gave up the column due to ill health, and at the same time his name was removed from the list of BCPS Fellows, which suggests that he left the Society. The helpmate which was published in Problem Observer in 1988 was probably composed many years earlier, as the editor (John Ling) noted that it was a correction, and that he had lost touch with Trumper after his original submission was found to be cooked.
