The English Summary is reproduced below but the examples (Prio-1 to Prio-3) are in the PDF.
English summary:
Sometimes different elements of fairy chess are not working in a coordinated, additive process, but in some kind of reciprocal action – see examples Prio-1 to Prio-3 (whereas Prio-3 represents the kind of twinning arrangement as is stipulated in the rules of this tourney). Thus they have partly been implemented in software solutions in a different manner. In such cases the necessity arises to indicate how to prioritize the sequence of those interactions for the given solution, an indication that is often missing. In order to rivet on this tremendously interesting topic and to withdraw it from randomness and an implicit implementation in software solutions, the following theme tourney will be announced:
Announcement: 80th feenschach theme tourney “priority setting with fairy conditions”
Eligible are problems with twinning formations exclusively by inversion of the priority setting on (at least) two fairy conditions. Multiple twinnings are only acceptable if each single phase - even in chain formations – arises out of the inversion of the priority setting. All kinds of fairy elements are allowed.
Judges: Siegfried Hornecker (Güstrow) & Hans Gruber (Regensburg), both international FIDE-judges for studies.
