Anticirce+Circe rex inclusiv castling


Are the cases FxK and KxF treated differently
with respect to resetting castling rights?

I would not say that there is any difference. In both Circe and Anticirce, a reborn piece is eligible to castle; therefore, in AC+C, it should not matter whether a piece is reborn by the AC effect or by the C effect.
