A great loss not only because he was a great composer but also because he was at a young age, in fact the latest-born grandmaster to die so far. |

This is shocking news. Such talent at such young age. His complete Lacny cycle (3-mover) was memorable -- One of the best examples of the theme (no.1593 in the Cyclone book). Mladenovic's classic (1592 in the same book) is the other one. |
