Y flights

There is a famous two-move Meredith twin by J.J.Gill, 1st HM The Problemist 1967 (improving a forerunner by Latzel) where one part shows starflights and the other plusflights. Are there any examples of a twin showing the two possible types of Y-flights, i.e. two diagonal flights and one lateral flight in one part, and two lateral and one diagonal in the other, with six different flights used?

I have quickly checked in WinChloe database twomovers with indicated Y-flights with twins and I have not found anything conforming to your request. There was a couple of problems showing two non-overlapping Y-flights, but no diagonal+orthogonal Y.
