@(239)
Cooked: 1.Sc6 2.Se5 3.Sxd3 4.Sc5 5.Sb3 6.d5 7.Qd7 8.Qb5 9.Qa6 10.Bd7 11.fxg6 12.Kf7 13.Be8 fxg7+ Qxf1#
Perhaps +wPe2 |

Not cooked:
13. Be8 fxg7+ Sf6!
Cooked in 10!
1. c5 2. cxd4 3. 3. d5 4. Kd7 5. Kxe6 6. exf6 7. Bd7 8. Qa5 9. Qc3 10. Bb4 ; Re1+ Qxe1# |

I hope better luck for another try for ser-hs#13:
(= 11+16 )
Now cook from 239 or similar method dont work, I believe...
PS: However I found cook-
1-3.ef,f5,f4 4.Qg5 5-9 Ke7,Ke6,Kd5,Kd4,Ke3 10.d6 11-13.Bh3,Bf1,Bh3; Bg1+ |

Yes, Sd4 is needed. |

(245) Posted by Dragan Stojnić [Monday, Apr 11, 2022 00:06] |
Or maybe with +Sc5,-c3?
New try for ser hs#13
(= 11+16 )
Can it survive? |
|
(246) Posted by Dragan Stojnić [Monday, Apr 11, 2022 02:37] |
A)
(= 11+16 )
ser-hs#14?
(1.ef6 2.f5 3.f4 4.Qg5 5.Ke7 7.Kg6 10.Kh3 12.Kf1 14.Ke3: Bg1+,Qg1#)
B)
If Sf1 remove to h1 then ser hs#15 ?
(...12.Kh1 14.Kf2 15.Ke3: Bg1+)
C)
If in A +Rh1, how many is real ser hs#16 to be correct? Little chance probably, but... |

(247) Posted by Olaf Jenkner [Monday, Apr 11, 2022 07:34] |
(245) did not survive:
1. fxg6 2. Kf7 3. d6 4. Sc6 5. Sd4 6. dxc5 7. Bd7 8. Be8 9. Qd6 10. Qf4 11. Sf3 ; Sd8+ Rxd8# |

And (246) in 12 moves with 1.e5 2.d5 3.Kd7 4.Kd6 5.Kc5 6.Kxd4 7.Bb4 8.Bxh3 9.Bxf1 10.Bh3 11.Qd7 12.Qg4 and Bg1+ Qxg1# |

Oh...Very difficult for correct realization... |
|
(250) Posted by Joost de Heer [Monday, Apr 11, 2022 11:28] |
ser-r=14 is cooked, ser-r=13 is correct (see post (234)).
New attempt for ser-r=14:
(= 6+16 )
ser-r=14
If this is correct, perhaps +wPa4 would lead to a ser-r=15.
EDIT: Cooked (maybe even uniquely): 1. d4 2. d5 3. d6 4. dc7 5. cb8=S 6. Sd7 7. Se5 8. Sf7 9. Sd8 10. Sb7 11. Ka6 12. Qh5 13. Qh7 14. Qh5 Rh5=. An extra pawn on a4 won't fix this. But see (251) for an improvement. |

(251) Posted by Joost de Heer [Monday, Apr 11, 2022 13:13] |
Another idea for an extension:
(= 7+16 )
ser-r=17
1. d4 2. d5 3. d6 4. dc7 5. cb8=S 6. Sd7 7. Sf8 8. Sh7 9. Sg5 10. Sf7 11. Sd8 12. Sb7 13. Ka6 14. b5 15. Bc5 16. Ba7 17. b6 Rh5=
(possibly with an extra pawn on h4) |

Correction of 246:
(= 12+16 )
ser hs#14?
Have chance now to be without cook?
(if need can +Pd4 or Pd5) |
|
(253) Posted by Miodrag Mladenović [Monday, Apr 11, 2022 13:36] |
(252) is cooked:
1.d6 2.dxc5 3.Bh3 4.Bxf1 5.exf6 6.f5 7.-11.Ke3 12.f4 13.Qg5 14.Bh3 Bg1+ Qxg1# |
|
(254) Posted by Miodrag Mladenović [Monday, Apr 11, 2022 14:23] |
(= 11+16 )
ser-hs#15 (C-) |
|
(255) Posted by Dragan Stojnić [Monday, Apr 11, 2022 14:35] |
Maybe have chance with + Pd5?
(= 13+16 )
ser hs#14? try
With +Re1 it may be ser hs#15 (?) (or it is only my dream...) |
|
(256) Posted by Miodrag Mladenović [Monday, Apr 11, 2022 14:38] |
(254) has a cook. However I do have a new position that I hope it's correct:
(= 11+16 )
ser-hs#15 (C-)
Cook in the post#257 |
|
(257) Posted by Dragan Stojnić [Monday, Apr 11, 2022 16:49] |
(256) probably cooked in 14 only-
1-5.h1R 6.e5 7.Qf6 8.Ke7 9.Kd6 10.Kc5 11.Bd6 12.c6 13.b5 14.b4 Qf2+ Qxf2#
Difficult construction |
|
(258) Posted by Miodrag Mladenović [Monday, Apr 11, 2022 17:18] |
You are right. Perhaps, this one is correct?
(= 11+16 )
ser-hs#15 (C-)
Dragain found a cook (259) |
|
(259) Posted by Dragan Stojnić [Tuesday, Apr 12, 2022 00:16] |
(258) This is probably cook
1.Sf6 2.gh6 3.Rg8 4.Rg1 5.Re1 6.Rb1 7.Re1 8.e6/e5 9.Ke7 10.Kd6 11.Kc5 12.Kb4 13.Bc5 14.Bb6 15.Ba5-
Ba3+ Kxa3#
I propose +pg2(g3,4,5?) if it possible.
What is your solution? |
|
(260) Posted by Olaf Jenkner [Tuesday, Apr 12, 2022 00:29] |
This is a cook for sure.
I'd like to see the solution to all diagrams posted.
It makes testing easier. |
