Found Wolfenter's P1282101 in the Siers book.
Do you know another example of a double home base,
preferrably orthodox? Of course, as a 2# fan,
this here costs me 0.1ms to set up:
 (= 3+1 )
...but if you now suggest a twin Ra1->h1
I have to hurt you very very much :-)
EDIT: Alexandrov 2005 got both rooks and a Sh3 - near miss
 (= 3+1 )
This #5 is almost dual-free (P1282101 has
slight duals either).

How about this #5:
 (= 3+2 )
Has a clever stalemate defense try:
1.Bg5? Kf7! 2.Qd6 Kg7! (or 1.Qd6?, same) 3.Qf6+ Kg8 4.Bh6??
1.Qd5!
EDIT: Fomitschew 2009 has Pf7 and additional Pc6, i.e. near miss
(Entering "homebase" in PDB is ineffective here,
90% are retro and P1281201 wasn't even tagged...)

@Joost: "Unknown" is the Wolfenter problem I mentioned.

EDIT: The Agapow one unfortunately has a slight dual after Ra1.
(Surely, the author will already have rejected +wBb2.)
The Borchardt one looks dual-free to me.
The Dudeney is so well-known that I forgot it :-)
