21st Romanian Tzuica Tourney
The announcement of the 2023 Tzuica tourney will soon be published on the WCCC 2023 website.

The theme this year is helpself-problems showing Battery Dismantling in at least two solutions.

After the the thematic requirement (an existing/created battery is given up by a move of the rear piece of the battery out of the battery line), is thematic the creation of the same battery (=same pieces) on different line or even on the same battery line of the diagram position ?

Isn't the general rule of thumb for these competitions "anything that's not explicitly forbidden is allowed"?

About the rule of thumb "anything that's not explicitly forbidden is allowed":

but we will never tire repeating it.
In the present case, the creation of the same battery (=same pieces) on a different line is thematic.
The recreation of the same battery on the same battery line of the diagram position is also thematic.
