A less known Rukhlis by Rukhlis

We have learned in the last month of the death of Efim Rukhlis. He lived in Israel since the 90th (I learned about his arrival to Israel during my post-doctoral studeis in the USA) and was not active and in poor health in the last years. I am quating here a less known problem by the great composer. Note how all thematic mates follow interferences, and the dual avoidence after the moves by Sd4.

This gives me an idea. S4e6/S8e6. Imagine we could put the other S to f4
and the variants are Sfe6/Sfe2 before and Sde6/Sde2 after.
Ruchlis+Ostsee theme. Has this ever been done?

Hauke,

What is the Ostsee theme?

I think that a knight on f4, repeating the same moves of the Sd4, would be less interesting partly since it will become too symmetrical. Unless a try pinning this S is included somehow...

Ostsee theme: [at least] two parades on the same field followed by
two mates on the same [other] field. ([] is optional)

(Yup, go and try 6 variants :-)
