I am wondering what's going on with a provisional results. Here is a quote from the 5th ISC invitation:

It's already February 1st but I have not seen result yet.

You should ask your local controller.
According to the rules
"The task of the local controller is:

And "...the results will be presented on the PCCC-website by April 30th 2009."

I missunderstood this statement. I thought it menas overall preliminary results but now I see that this means local results. I already saw results from Belgrade. I am not quite sure why it takes so much time to generate overall preliminary results. If all controlors are required to have an access to the Internet (email) that it should not take so much time to combine results from 30-40 places.

Although results are published almost month ago still there is no rating calculation. I used XLS document to calculate rating. Here is an unofficial rating calculation:

Please note that it's not the same list as for OTB players. If solver is not on the most recent list (1/1/2009) that means that this is his first official competition. In this case there is special formula for calculation of rating.
