No, they are not the same.

In Immun Chess, the capture is only possible if the Circe square of captured piece is empty. However, after capture the piece is not reborn. On the other hand, in Strict Circe the captured piece must be reborn.

Formally (with some understanding): Strict Circe = Circe + Immun Chess.

Actually, this is not always the case; since 4.67, Popeye responds to this:

end

with

a)

b) Circe
ImmunChess
AntiCirce

1.Ra8*a7[wRa7->a1] x !

The reason is that Circe Strict is tested at the time of rebirth, rendering 1.Ra8*a7[wRa7->a1] illegal.
Whereas Immune Chess is tested before move execution is started.

WinChloé executes Circe rebirth before Anticirce rebirth, so the results are likely to be different.
