FIDE Album questions


The division of the fairy section of FIDE Album 2016-2018 (see http://www.wfcc.ch/fide-albums/fa1618sl/fa1618ann/) has caused me a few dilemmas. Is there any guidance for the following cases?

a) Problem with Imitator (and no explicit fairy condition) - should it be sent to the subsection "Fairies without fairy conditions" or "Fairies with fairy conditions"? My approach would be to send it to the former as for me Imitator is a piece.

b) Problem with various fairy pieces, with condition "Transmuting kings" - should it be sent to the subsection "Fairies without fairy conditions" or "Fairies with fairy conditions"? In this case my approach would be to send it to the

c) Something different: where should I send my first prize from JT Krizovensky 55 - see https://checkchess.net/en/award-mk55jt/4/ - to Fairies (G) or to Retro (H. in hope it was populated by Retro and chess mathematics in the past)?

a) and b): It is irrelevant for the composer. You may include them in the G1 set or in the G2 set as you feel. In your email to the director, please point out to these debatable cases. The director will eventually decide if these problems will be reviewed by the judges of group G1 or by the judges of group G2.
