Source unknown

The other day I cam across a two-mover shown by Oleg Pervakov to children way back in 2013:

The solution is elegant. However, when I sent a message to him through a friend, he could not recollect the source or the name of the composer. I shall be obliged if fellow readers can let me know.
Here is the position in Forsyth Notation:
7r/R7/5p2/Q4K1k/7p/8/8/8 w - - 0 1

Not in the WinChloe database. Possibly someone composed it as a simple exercise for kids.

I was touched by the spontaneous offers to help with this enquiry and search on databases spending precious time and effort. While I have yet to trace the source of the problem I have made friends here. Chess fans of India are more into over the board play. However, there is a group of players who enjoy problems. Happy to see a fellow member from my country. At the end of the day we are all together, coming as we do from different lands. Gens una sumus.
