WCCC 2016 Lectures

A wealth of interesting lectures this year!
Monday (01.08.) program will mostly be an Endgame evening.
Amatzia Avni will talk about "The impact of an effective presentation on the quality of a study". It will be argued that the narrative which accompany the solution's moves may enhance the value of a study and the impression it makes.
Yochanan Afek writes about his "Art at the service of the game": Basically some memories of my studies inspired by over the board experiences, ignoring the chess public as a potential market, and a short personal tribute to Milan Velimirović, too .
Three lectures concerning help-play (in h# and HS#) were announced. Bernd Ellinghoven has two of them, one on Monday, and other on Tuesday.
One of his titles, "Indian with rundlauf" hides much less than the other one: "Reciprocal revolution“ - inspired by his joint work with Fadil Abdurahmanović.
Tuesday (02.08.) program has two precisely defined topics.
Abdelaziz Onkoud will talk about the Rope theme he suggested for one of unofficial tourneys in Belgrade.
Miodrag Mladenović devoted most of his recent chess time to creation and improvements of "The Program for Managing of Solving Tournaments and Ratings". This lecture is about new WFCCTournamentsManager tool that is automating creation of the official rating lists and helping solving tournament directors to manage solving tournaments.
