Williams, Philip Hamilton


I was looking for articles on wonderful Chess Notes pages and found one about this chess and music composer and very interesting personality.
Now I'm looking for more biographical fact about this amazing man.
Do someone have more information about him?
I will highly appreciate any information or a clue where to looking for it.

He is one of the composers covered in the book "The Chess Bouquet" by F.R.Gittins, which can be downloaded from Vaclav Kotesovec's website. It was published in 1897, when Williams was 24.
