Some data in Cat-2 and Cat-3 has been updated.
Three new locations: Arkhangelsk, Glazov, Rostov-on-Don.
We have a total of 48 tournaments in 32 countries

In Cat-3, the gender of one solver was changed (male -> female).
Therefore we have one female more in cat-3 and in general.
This girl from UAE is now second in cat-3/girls. (see winners).

Main Judge, Axel Steinbrink, has compiled some interesting statistics

who registered these cities and who was the judge organizer?

Admittance: For the admittance of each participating place a reliable local controller with email address has to be appointed for the responsibility of organising the local tournament, preferably by the local controller of the respective country; otherwise the central controllers decide about the acceptance of local controllers.
There is no limit for the amount of local competitions and multiple places per country are possible. Solvers are admitted in any local competitions, also in other countries.
2.
In ISC from Russia registered only Yeakaterinburg (Osintsev), Tula (Afromeev), Tver (Azhusin), Volgograd (only Efrosinin)!
I ask you to make adjustments to the table and remove the results of participants from those cities where the competition was not held. For example, Akeksander Shanin participed in Severodvinsk (third place in seniors category), Vladislav Arkhipov participed in Penza region (third place in junior category) Grigory Kichev, Zaikov Sergey and Konstantin Suslonov participed in Arkhangelsk, in the North of Russia, Nochovny Vladimir participed in Severodvinsk, Buintsev and Fyodorov participed in Cheboksary, Potap Orlov partisiped in Rostov on Don.
But this is not Volgograd and they did not participate in Volgograd.
But who registered Arkhangelsk, Penza, Rostov on Don, Cheboksary (http://chuvashia-chess.ru/2020/01/28/итоги-регионального-этапа-xvi-междунаро/), Severodvinsk ( yhis link https://vk.com/chess29?w=wall-101161290_1286%2Fall Rostov on Don and other cities?
I ask you to remove the results of other russian cities (Penza, Cheboksary, Rostov on Don, Arkhangelsk, Severodvinsk and other) from the General table.
But who conducted and organized in other cities? Why are they all written by Volgograd participants? They were not in Volgograd! Unscrupulous Efrosinina deceived everyone!
What do you think about this?

WFCC has already replaced Volgograd with other cities in the tables. But these cities did not have registration in ISC.
Now the WFCC must inform us about the control judges in these cities.
I think all the results that Efrosinin presented should be canceled and removed from the table.
Why are ISC rules and ISC regulations violated?

So, we have preliminary results ( https://www.wfcc.ch/isc-2020-preliminary-results/ ) OR final results as it's specified in those 3 files ( https://www.wfcc.ch/wp-content/uploads/ISC-2020-Cat.1-Results.pdf)? Or may be we have final preliminary results? :)
