The most imprecise move

Some time back there was a discussion (almost certainly) in this forum about the most imprecise move. I remember somebody showing an EGTB position where White could mate in one, but if he played any other move it would take well beyond 200 (perfect) moves to mate/conversion. The material was probably KRBKNN. Do any of you recall the position (or the thread)? Thank you!

I would recall if I recall this :-) (Sure it wasn't Kirillovs forum?)
Googling gave nothing, with random Nalimov searching I quickly had
a position where the only options were a)#1, b) won in 97, c) all
other moves draw.

Thanks it's a possibility, I left my memory behind in the eighties. Google is not much help. I've managed a "detour" of 160 moves, but probably the record has been broken many times since I saw the example. Anyway I guess it could be a fun curiosity for OTB players as game commentary often uses this concept: "This doesn't throw away the win, but..."

Thank you! That was it. The examples are wonderful. So 232 moves is the record for now.

I bloody started the thread? Steffen, if you ever find your
memory in the eighties, please look if mine lies beside it :-)
(Hive mind rulez.)

Thanks for bringing this up, I hadn't seen that thread before. I have posted a new position there now.
