Consequent seriesmover

Something I noticed in the 1998-2000 album: Some consequent seriesmovers are in the fairy section (G25, G26), others in the retro section (H1, H2). IMO they should belong in the retro section. Are there (and should there be?) guidelines which type of problem belongs in which category? Similar 'problems' may arise with e.g. hs#: Are they direct or helpplay problems?

When I sent a hs# to feenschach, they were discussing whether it would have to be in the direct division, or in the help division.

But that was probably because they have both fairy direct and fairy help section.

By the way, in my view hs# is help-type problem without any doubts.
