Thanks for publishing MP32 originals on PDF file today! So we have definite publication date for originals in 2008, making it better for both historians and anticipation searchers to find evidences of publication date.

It is however difficult to know what is the correct date if one lives in outer regions where it already was new year at that time (i.e. first six time zones). Here I propose still using 2008 since either local time or UTC should apply.
