208 - Dual 3.g8D (SH 2010)
209 - Cook 3...exd2+ (who?). I had corrected it in 2005 (see below).
210 - The actual solution is that white is already stalemated because black can't prove he can take en passant. This detail was missed in the article.
211 - The actual solution is 2.d7 Bxd7 3.b7 Bh6 4.O-O-O! winning, but 2.O-O-O Bf5 3.e4!! also wins. I was unable to correct it.
(= 10+12 )
Nenad Petrovic
Correction: Siegfried Hornecker, Die Schwalbe, October 2004
White retracts his last single move and wins
Solution: White retracts 1.O-O, plays 1.fxg6 e.p. and wins
Until today, it waits for a real correction... | | (2) Posted by Branislav Djurašević [Thursday, Mar 10, 2011 13:35]; edited by Branislav Djurašević [11-03-11] | Today Dragan proposes (we spoke by phone) that condition should be changed in this dualistic study (no.211), to be: THE SHORTEST WIN. In that case, solution would be as in article. | | No more posts |
