QUOTE why should the codex forbid a problem shown here to participate in any tournament?
I believe the codex does not forbid the participation. It's the tournament organizers that usually specifically ask for original problems that were not published elsewhere (for whatever reasons they may have).
Some tournaments, on the other hand, specifically ask for published problems (e.g. WCCI). |

if a magazine publishes "originals", and if a problem is considered as "published" perhaps it may generate questions. It seems to me not needed.
This forum is dedicated to discussions, not to publication. So if a diagram shown here is finally worth a publication, why not sending it to an informal tournament ? |

@ Mark
I was surprised about the dual 33. Kxd3! |

@ Olaf
And what an interesting dual! Thanks for finding it. I suppose moving the bR from a3 to a2 (now with 33.Rb2+ Ka7 34.Rxa2+) will fix at least that difficulty... |

I tested the =36 with rook at a2 and found no flaws. It is not C+ tested. |
