Do you know the author and the source?


Here is one lovely fourmover, nice for solving, without the name of the author and the real source. It was reproduced in German newpapers, as "Ornament-Aufgabe aus der Rubrik 'Kurioses Schach' zum Neuen Jahr". It seems the column was published in January 2010. Could someone help about the name and the source?
