Yes, it is.
By the way, the file has been updated on December 31th, 2015 at 12.20 Moscow time. Added two problems (No. 77 and No. 78) which were absent in the original publication. The judge feels sorry for this unfortunate negligence.
Ilija Serafimović from Serbia won a Prize in the section for young problemists.
