In last version Queen promotion still seem to work the same way as a rook one - the diagonal is too short.
Maybe, the following version may work?
W: Kb3 Qc2 Sc3 Pa4d2
B: Kc5 Sb5 Pd3f2h7
1...f1B 2.Qb2 Bg2 3.Sd5 Bxd5#

Qc2 may be moved to c1 in my version (still probably cooked).
In principle h#2.5 with inverted colors may be tested and then only solutions with Max. last move selected. Unfortunately, there will be thousands of solutions...

A wealth of interesting cooks! I do hope nobody would try to create any programmed testing, but rather test solving skill instead.
Does this correct all cooks, with 2 tempo-missing tries to mate on c4 and c6?

Marjan,in this version there are three missing-tries: an other possibility is 1...g1Q 2.?? Qg8 3.Sb3 Qxb3#. Therefore better is probably with Sa5->d2
