Jan Timman and Yochanan Afek will get the first copies, and they will talk about the database as well.

1400: arrival
1400-1430: Harold van der Heijden will talk about the database, and present the first copies to Timman and Afek
1430-1500: Timman and Afek will talk about the database
1500-1600: Discussion and drinks
