1) Copying a diagram with a solution to the clipboard.
In the Export section click the Diagram & Solution button. The diagram with the stipulation, solution and comments will be created for you. You can copy them to the clipboard by clicking the Copy button or by selecting the diagram and/or text with the mouse and pressing Ctrl-C.
2) Helpmate Analyzer URL with parameters.
You can create links to problems and later open Helpmate Analyzer with a problem using URL string in the following form:
http://helpman.komtera.lt/?fen={FEN}&moves={n}&setplay={1|0}&twins={twins}
Parameters setplay and twins are optional. You must properly encode twins in URLs: encode spaces with %20, a new line with %0A, ‘<’ with %3C, ‘>’ with %3E.
Helpmate Analyzer automatically creates a hyperlink to the Analyzer when you create a diagram for copying.
3) Chess diagram recognizing (Chess OCR).
You can copy-paste chess diagram images from digital sources (digital magazines, web pages, etc.) into the Analyzer via clipboard (Ctrl-V) or upload them from image files (*.png, *.jpeg, *.gif). A recognized position is presented in the diagram editor. If a position is recognized incorrectly, you can correct it yourself. | | (2) Posted by James Malcom [Wednesday, Aug 14, 2019 03:05] | Thanks! I'm happy now that I know that there's an online helpmate analyzer! | | (3) Posted by James Malcom [Wednesday, Aug 14, 2019 03:05]; edited by James Malcom [19-08-14] | BLANK | | (4) Posted by Rosie Fay [Wednesday, Aug 14, 2019 19:26] | How does it compare in functionality and speed to Popeye? | | (5) Posted by Viktoras Paliulionis [Wednesday, Aug 14, 2019 21:41] | Popeye is devoted to solve chess problems. Helpmate Analyzer is devoted to analyze solutions. The Analyzer uses Popeye as a solving engine and analyzes the Popeye output to detect themes of the problem and motives (effects) of separate moves. This information can be useful for judges of composing tournaments, also for composers. | | No more posts |
