In 1942 A.C.White invited composers to send him problems for a Frederick Gamage commemoration (presumably meaning for Gamage's 60th birthday on 21st November 1942 - I'm not aware of any tourney).
Does anyone know where and when these problems were published?

I entered the American chess-problem scene in 1941. I do not recall any Gamage-tourney result in those years. Incidentally, I suspect that Gamage's main contacts then were White, E.W. Allen and Eric Hassberg.
