Obscure notation


Must be at least 20 years ago when I read about a
move notation (used in telex?!) using syllables like
"ha" or "gi" for denoting fields.
Not even The Great Board Lovuschka could answer the
question for a source. Honorable cookie for anyone
who cracks this nut (and names all 64 squares).
