Stanislav Belokon (1939-1984)

https://www.arves.org/arves/index.php/nl/halloffame/471-belokon-stanislav-1939-1984

More information is sought about Stanislav Grigorevich Belokon from Ukraine. Due to current world events it is impossible to do on-the-ground research there, and I don't have any idea whom to contact for this. So possibly someone can help me out?

I did two studies with castling, one on May 2/2014 here on MPF and one in a recent SCHWALBE -
given that I rarely do studies it is an amazing percentage :-)
