A retro theme

In the new Problem-Forum there was a SPG retro with
black homebase. "It's easy to see that only the black
knights could have moved..." is written under it,
which is essentially correct given the small n,
but still - what about a black R tempo move?

Or even a white knight captured on abgh8?

I'm no expert. Do you know a SPG with the latter?

Actually, there is a pg by Thierry Le Gleuher with a fully home-based side where a rook moved. But I can't find it in the PDB.

I wrote a note in Phénix 167 (november 2007) called "Un camp intact en fin de partie justificative" where I also made the same mistake in claiming that only knights can move...

An Osorio-Lois PG where black side is totally homebase but a black rook made tempo moves was published in Strategems.
After tht, Satoshi Hashimoto composed an improved version which was published in....Matplus!

You mean I should read more than the 2# corner? :-)
