Vilhelm Røpke.
My certainty here is 95%, so you may wish to ask someone like Henrik Juel to verify with absolute certainty.

I cannot say for sure in this case, but Vilhelm Røpke definitely looks like the correct Danish way to spell it. The letter ø only exists in Danish and Norwegian, but it is equivalent to the German o with two dots, so it is often given like that, or simply with an o, in international sources. I have the same issue with my surname. |
